Hello

I'm contacting you for the Great North Woods Riders ATV Club in Pittsburg. We have finally gotten commissioner George Bald to propose a revision to the current Connecticut Headwaters Rec Plan. A press release was put out, and now it seems there are overwhelming numbers of anti ATV comments coming in to the NH parks website. We ask your help in commenting on the revision to the plan for the Connecticut Lake Headwaters Tract. We need mass numbers of positive comments to get limited access to this land for inter trail system connectors to Errol area, Maine, and even possibly Canada. We have been fighting for many years now for this, and there is now some hope if we stand together as an ATV community. Just this morning I received a copy of the Legislation used to acquire funding to purchase the CLHWF, and inside says 'to Guarantee public recreation access for all of but not limited to the following Hiking, hunting, fishing, trapping, and other motorized recreation'.

These comments need to be in to DRED by June 3rd to count, The stability of an ATV trail system cannot rely on one single PRIVATE landowner.
