DIRECTIONS TO TRAIL HEADS

To Success ATV Trail:

From the North: Colebrook, Northern NH, Canada, Northern Maine

1) Make your way down to Groveton, NH. There is a Coastal Variety Store at the intersection of Rt. 3 & 
Rt. 110. 
2) From that point, travel East on Rt. 110 to an intersection of 110A & 110. approx. 14 miles. Take a left 
onto 110A just before the store (Yesterday Country Store, gas and supplies available).
3) Follow 110A straight to intersection 110a & Rt. 16. This is a very narrow and curvy road. Take a right 
onto Rt. 16 and follow 16 South thru Milan (small Variety store and gas on the right) into Berlin to the 
1st set of lights at the 12th Street Bridge.
4) Take left at 12th Street Bridge, over the bridge, and stay on right when the road splits. (Hospital is 
straight ahead.)
Follow road (Hutchins St.) as it turn left and right. You will see start of a fence on your left. Entrance is 
just before end of fence. From light at 12 Street Bridge to entrance on to Success Pond road is 9/10 mile. 
CAUTION: Logging trucks are on the road constantly and have the right of way. Please be careful.

From Errol and other Northern points: Follow Rt. 16S thru Milan into Berlin to the 1st set of lights at the 12th street bridge & #4 above.

From the South: Boston, Southern NH.

1) Follow Interstate 93 North, passed Franconia Notch; take Exit #35, into Twin Mountain.
2) At the traffic light in Twin Mountain, go straight until you see a yellow blinking light.
3) Take a right at the blinking light (Rt. 115) and follow to intersection of US Rt. 2 & 115 and take a right.
4) Follow Rt. 2 East into Gorham and the Intersection of Rt. 2 & Rt. 16N.
5) At the set of lights, take a left onto Rt. 16 N and follow up until you see an Irving Mainway on your left. 
Stay in right hand lane and go over the bridge.
6) Take a right over the James C. Cleveland Bridge up to a set of lights with Big Apple store on the right.
(Last chance for gas and supplies before the trail.)
7) Go straight thru the lights, over railroad track, and follow the road staying to the left when the road 
splits. You will see a fence on the right and directly when the fence ends is the entrance to Success Pond 
Road. From lights to entrance of Success Pond Road is 1.2 miles.
8) Take a right onto the dirt road and travel 1 mile up the road. Parking lot is on your right and ATV Trail 
entrance is on the left. 
CAUTION: Logging trucks are on the road constantly and have the right of way. Please be careful.

From Bethel, Rumford, and other Maine areas.

1) Follow routes to Bethel and follow Rt. 2 W into Gorham, NH.
2) Go thru the Town of Gorham and at the light at the intersection of Rt. 2 & 16N, follow #5 to #8 above.


To: Jericho Mountain State Park

From the North: Colebrook, Northern NH, Canada, Northern Maine

1) Make your way down to Groveton, NH. There is a Coastal Variety Store at the intersection of Rt. 3 & 
Rt. 110. 
2) From that point, travel East on Rt. 110 to an intersection of 110A & 110. approx. 14 miles. (Yesterday 
Country Store, last chance for gas and supplies before trail entrance.
3) From intersection of Rt. 110A & 110, travel past store for another 7.5 miles. Jericho Lake Park entrance 
is on the right. 
4) Take a right unto the road and the Main parking lot is 1.3 miles from the entrance and the trail entrance 
is at approx. 11 O’clock at the far end of the parking lot. CAUTION: The upper part of the road is 
actually part of the ATV Trail and machines may be in the road. PLEASE USE CAUTION.


From Errol and other Northern points: 

1) Follow Rt. 16S and take a right at intersection of Rt. 16S and Rt. 110A in Dummer. Follow Rt. 110A to 
intersection of Rt. 110A & 110. Take left onto Rt. 110 and follow #3 & #4 above.


From the South: Boston, Southern NH.

5) At the set of lights, take a left onto Rt. 16 N and follow up to a set of lights right after Irving 
Mainway. Go straight thru the set of lights.
6) Stay to the right as the road splits by the Park (it is a one way street). You will get to another split in the 
street. Stay on the left and stop at traffic light with Dunkin Donut on your left. 
7) With Dunkin Donuts on your left, note 2 gas stations, last chance for gas and supplies.
8) Go straight thru the traffic light, under the railroad overpass, the Police Station is on your left and there 
is a blinking yellow light. This is now Green street. At the blinking yellow light, the road splits and you 
stay on the right. 
9) Once you make the corner, take 2nd left onto Mannering St. and go to the next intersection, 3rd Ave.
You will notice that 3rd Ave. is a very wide street. Take a right unto 3rd Ave. From this intersection to
the Jericho Mountain State Park entrance is 3.3 miles. Follow 110 West. You will pass the Public Works 
Garage on your right. Soon, You will see a sign “Jericho Motorsports”. You can park there (ask inside) 
and a trail into Jericho Park is directly across the street or you can continue on about another ˝ mile to 
the main entrance road. The entrance sign is on your left.
10) Take a left unto the road and the Main parking lot is 1.3 miles from the entrance and the trail entrance 
is at approx. 11 O’clock at the far end of the parking lot. CAUTION: The upper part of the road is 
actually part of the ATV Trail and machines may be in the road. PLEASE USE CAUTION.

From Bethel, Rumford, and other Maine areas.

1) Follow routes to Bethel and follow Rt. 2 W into Gorham, NH. (Numerous gas stations, variety stores and 
restaurants are available.)
2) Go thru the Town of Gorham and at the light at the intersection of Rt. 2 & 16N, go straight & follow #6 
to #10 above.
